When you think of Rotterdam Ahoy, you think of energy and music. Ever since Pink Floyd rocked the Ahoy Arena on April 3rd 1971, a landmark in Dutch pop music was created and the foundation was laid for a long lasting tradition.
More than 50 years after the opening of our Ahoy Arena, we opened a new state-of-the-art arena. RTM Stage is a mid size arena which offers a maximum capacity of 7,842 (standing + balconies). The new stage is also designed to be transformed into the biggest auditorium of the Netherlands, with a capacity of 2,816 and a XL-variant of 4,398 seats. This space is packed with facilities making it the perfect stage for concerts, comedy, theatre and inspiring speakers.
