Ahoy's ticketbooth is opened on wednesdays, thursdays and fridays from 10:00 to 15:00.
During some events the ticketbooth will be opened, see our Calendar for more information. Some events will only sell tickets online.
Tickets can be ordered through the links on the eventpage on our website. This will be a link to the official point of sales. To be guaranteed a valid ticket, be sure to only order tickets from the official ticketwebsites.
As soon as the time and date of the ticketsales are known they will be posted to the eventpage on our website. To stay up-to-date, subscribe to our Event Alerts so you'll be the very first to hear about our announcements.
By subway it takes only 10 minutes to reach Ahoy. By bike or by car it will take you around 20 minutes.
Rotterdam Ahoy is easily accessible from the Ring Rotterdam Zuid (A15) highway. Further information on transport can be found here.
Metro lines D and E and a large number of buslines stop at Zuidplein, five minutes walking distance from Rotterdam Ahoy.

Parking is easy at Rotterdam Ahoy. We have a large car park with 2.000 spots. The price per car for a parking spot will cost you between €13.50 and €17,50. The car park is open 24/7. When entering the car park your license plate is scanned. Pay at a pay terminal at anytime before you leave.
If you want to be sure of a parking spot we recommend you to book a parking garuantee in advance. A parking guearantee is €18,00 and can be bought online. Please note that we can only guarantee a spot if you book in advance.

If you do not have booked parking guarantee you can find a spot at Q-Park Zuidplan or P+R Slinge.

If you like a guaranteed parking space close to the venue, we would recommend you purchase a parking ticket in advance. This ticket will guarantee you a parking space (P1, P2 or P3) for only €17.50.
When entering the car park you will receive a parking ticket. Our system will register your licence plate and prints it on the ticket. You can pay at anytime at our pay terminals.
When leaving the car park, the barrier will open automatically via license plate registration.
If you have bought Parking Guarantee in advance you need to scan your ticket (printed or on your smart phone) on enter. When you leave, the barrier will open automatically via license plate registration.
This only applies to tickets for the Arena floor. When mentioned on the ticket, it is possible to use a number of seats on the Arena grandstand and pitches on the Arena floor. It is not possible to reserve these seats in advance. In this case, the first visitors to enter the event site will have the first choice.
If you can prove you have to take these medications on doctor's orders you are allowed to take your mediactions inside the venue.
There are multiple entrances. Through the main entrance you reach Ahoy Plaza which leads to the Exhibition & Events halls, the Congress & Meeting Centre and Restaurants Floyd and RiVers. During various events, the private entrance to Hall 1 is used; this is indicated on the spot. The Ahoy Arena offers various clearly marked entrance doors at the front, depending on your location which is indicated on your ticket. You can see our entire accommodation on the map.
Depending on the event organizer, there are different rules for taking photo equipment with you. For concerts, the rule applies that cameras and camera lenses that can obstruct the sightlines of other visitors are absolutely forbidden. Professional photographic, audio, visual and other (recording) equipment is not allowed. Simple (digital) cameras without interchangeable lenses are allowed, provided that an artist or band has given permission for this. If this is not the case, you will be alerted by security staff.
It is forbidden to use the image and/or sound recordings other than for private purposes. Video cameras are prohibited at all times in connection with the image rights of the event organizer. If your camera is taken by security personnel upon entry, you can of course pick it up again afterwards.
Rotterdam Ahoy has several facilities for disabled visitors. These include an area for taxis in front of the main entrance which can also be used to drop off disabled visitors. There are also disabled parking spaces close to the main entrance. We have wheelchairs available free of charge at the porter’s lodge in Ahoy Plaza (please bring your ID as a security).
There is lift access throughout the venue. Our disabled toilet facilities are fitted with an alarm. We also have special seats available for people with disabilities.
If you would like to reserve a space in the marked wheelchair area in the Ahoy Arena, please let us know when purchasing your ticket. This area varies per event but is often a special platform for disabled visitors accompanied by one other guest. This guest must also have a ticket to the event and is responsible for the disabled visitor’s wellbeing.
Every disabled visitor can take place alongside one companion on the wheelchair platform. This person is primarily responsible for the welfare of the disabled person. The companion must also be in possession of an admission ticket. Users of the wheelchair spaces can enter the Ahoy Arena via the Arena entrance.

This is a standard map of the Ahoy Arena. Please note, however, that the exact layout differs per event. In general, arena spaces (pitches) are available at many events and first and second ring spaces (seats) are available in ascending heights.
Ahoy is a concert and event venue that is packed with activities and often attracts thousands of visitors. From the moment you enter, it is buzzing with crowds, (loud) sounds, showlights and other stimuli and impressions.
We advise you to consider for yourself in advance whether the event is suitable for you to visit. Keep in mind that most concerts and events are crowded.
Dogs and other pets are not allowed in Rotterdam Ahoy. We only make an exception for specially trained dogs that are used to guide disabled people, such as guide dogs for the blind and Assistance Dogs Foundation. Consultation with Ahoy is required for this. Papers proving that it is a service dog should be shown at the Porter's lodge at the back of the Ahoy plaza. We advise you to call in advance.
It is not necessary to print your tickets. You can scan your ticket and/or parking ticket from your mobile phone. To do this, set the brightness of your screen to maximum strength.
It is not allowed to bring your own food and/or drinks to Ahoy.
In Ahoy Plaza (to the left of restaurant RiVers) you will find an ING ATM. It is also possible to pay by card at all our catering establishments.
Safe deposit boxes are available at certain events. If there are no lockers during the event you are visiting, you can use the manned cloakroom. Here you can deposit your valuables at a rate of €2,- each. The management is not liable for theft and/or loss of items of clothing etc.
In Ahoy there are more than 20 screens displaying useful information. In addition, you will find signage at strategic locations within the building.
Baby changing areas can be found in various disabled toilets. This room can also be used as a pumping room. A first aid post is often also available or ask one of our staff for a suitable location.
There is a staffed cloakroom where you can deposit your valuables at a rate of €2.00 each. The management is not liable for theft and/or loss of clothing etc.
A quick sandwich from the gas station is not necessary; Rotterdam Ahoy offers you everything you want in terms of food! You can always enjoy a drink, snack or an extensive dinner before your visit to one of our fairs, concerts, shows, exhibitions and other events.

Rotterdam Ahoy has a total of approximately 54,000 m2 lettable space and is divided into the Ahoy Arena (capacity of 16,426 visitors), six Exhibition & Event halls and the Congress & Meeting Centre. The Exhibition & Events halls together measure approximately 30,000 m2. In 2020, Ahoy will expand with a large auditorium/music hall of 3100 m2 and 35 extra breakout rooms.
In addition to large spaces such as the Ahoy Arena and the Exhibition & Events halls, Rotterdam Ahoy also has a Congress & Meeting Centre. The spaces herein are suitable for meetings, congresses, product presentations, workshops, training courses, seminars, etc. A meeting for ten people is already possible in Ahoy.
