Are you looking for a meeting room for a group of 150 up to 500 people? Then consider our Docks. Docks 1 to 17 differ greatly in size (from 75 m2 to 562 m2), the rooms have daylight and can be used separately or in a linked manner.

Docks 1 to 17 are ideal for conferences, meetings, presentations, drinks and dinners. The spaces are located on the second floor of the Rotterdam Ahoy Convention Centre (RACC). Ahoy has brand new furniture that can be used. In addition, it is possible to divide the space as desired.

Dock 1 (A, B) 450 m2 - 450 pax
Dock 10 (A, B) 562 m2 - 500 pax
Other Docks 75 to 190 m2 - 75 to 180 pax

Meeting arrangements

Rotterdam Ahoy offers diverse meeting arrangements. These can be customised specifically to your wishes. A closing dinner or buffet on location are amongst the possibilities.
