NN North Sea Jazz Festival and Rotterdam Ahoy extend partnership for seven more years

The long-standing collaboration between the NN North Sea Jazz Festival and Rotterdam Ahoy has been officially extended for another seven years.

Since relocating from The Hague to Rotterdam in 2006, North Sea Jazz Festival has firmly established itself in the city. Over the past 18 editions, the festival has grown into an internationally renowned event, attracting world-class artists and more than 30.000 music enthusiasts per day.

The expansion of Rotterdam Ahoy, including the addition of RTM Stage and the Rotterdam Ahoy Convention Centre (RACC), has allowed the festival to scale up significantly. Today, North Sea Jazz Festival features 18 stages, placing it firmly among the most prominent music festivals in the world.

Extension reinforces shared ambitions for the future

This new agreement reflects the mutual trust and shared ambition to further strengthen the festival in the years to come. Both parties look forward to continuing their successful collaboration, with music, experience and international allure at the heart of the event.
