GLORY double champ Chico Kwasi (46-6-2, 23 KO) will defend his GLORY welterweight world championship in the main event in a trilogy fight against top Bulgarian Teodor Hristov (20-5, 8 KO). 

A gigantic heavyweight clash will take place at GLORY 109 as former interim heavyweight champion Tariq 'Cookie’ Osaro (31-5-1, 17 KO) collides with the legend Errol 'The Bonecrusher’ Zimmerman (112-21-1, 45 KO).

Also happening at GLORY 109 are the Welterweight Proving Grounds, including a bad blooded affair between Figuereido Landman (15-2, 12 KO)and rival Mohammed Boutasaa (20-3, 4 KO).

Several match-ups will take place where fighters aim to impress with breakout performances, emphatic finishes, and dazzling displays, in order to put their names forward for the GLORY welterweight eight-man grand prix at the end of the year.
