Gastvrij Rotterdam is the hospitality exhibition for ambitious hospitality professionals, and during previous editions proved itself a first-rate gastronomic platform for the hospitality industry. For three days, Rotterdam Ahoy is dominated by culinary delights, innovative products and solutions for food and non-food alike in the hospitality industry. Visitors can enjoy 400 stands plus various workshops, demonstrations, competitions and tastings with Michelin-starred chefs, Masters of Wine and first-class gastronomes. Gastvrij Rotterdam focuses on ambitious hospitality professionals in the middle and upper segment. Warmly welcome at Gastvrij Rotterdam are: chefs, sous chefs, maîtres d's, sommeliers, bartenders, baristas, owners and managers of restaurants, brasseries, hotel restaurants, caterers and catering companies, cafés, lunch rooms. The sixth edition is taking place from 17 to 19 September 2018 in Rotterdam Ahoy.
