Our brand new Rotterdam Ahoy Convention Centre (RACC) is the perfect location for hosting your conference or meeting. With 35 rooms, an impressive auditorium (RTM Stage) with 2,816 seats and our beautiful foyers and exhibition areas, we can help you with large or small conferences and meetings. The auditorium can be expanded to an XL version for 4,398 people.

Convention Centre

We ensure you and your delegates have the ultimate experience at our conference centre. The RACC’s architecture, the flexible spaces and our experienced staff allow us to create the perfect setting for any type of conference. Our chef is passionate about creating mouth-watering menus that fully meet your requirements. The RACC is also directly connected to the Exhibition & Event Halls and the Ahoy Arena. This means that you can easily combine a trade fair with a conference. Our modern rooms are a source of inspiration and are equipped with high-tech audio-visual resources. The catering, security, cleaning and waste management services are also excellent at Rotterdam Ahoy.

Hire a Meeting Room

The Rotterdam Ahoy Convention Centre is the best place in Rotterdam to hire a room for your meeting or seminar. Our 35 meeting rooms can be used separately or combined thanks to attractive flexible walls. There is always a suitable meeting room for you, whether your meeting is large-scale or intimate!

Organising a Conference or Meeting in Rotterdam

The RACC is easy for your guests to get to. Our versatile conference venue can be reached by car, bicycle and public transport. It is close to various main roads, and the Zuidplein bus and metro station is a five-minute walk. Rotterdam city centre can be reached within ten minutes and there are many hotels nearby. Just 25 minutes from Rotterdam The Hague Airport and 50 minutes from Amsterdam Schiphol Airport, the RACC has outstanding transport links, wherever you and your guests are coming from.
