Hart van Zuid
Hart van Zuid is the urban regeneration project now underway in the area around Rotterdam Ahoy, Zuidplein and the Motorstraatgebied district. Led by the municipality of Rotterdam, the project is creating a centre where people can live, work, do business and relax: a place where residents, entrepreneurs and visitors can come together in the only part of the Netherland where the population is getting younger.
