My Arena
Planning to organise a major event? A concert, conference, presentation, congress, tournament, trade fair or any other event? Then do it where stars like U2, Robbie Williams and Roger Federer have performed. Where millions of visitors come for concerts, shows and top-level sporting events. At the Ahoy Arena. You can use this venue for anything from 3,000 to more than 10,000 visitors, and in 2008 the capacity will be increased still further. The Arena can be laid out as you wish, and you can also use the congress and meeting centre and the trade fair and event halls adjoining the Arena.

My trade fair and events centre
Are you looking for a venue for a trade fair, event, company party, press conference, presentation or exam in Rotterdam? A location with a flexible layout, every conceivable facility, good access by private and public transport and enough parking space? Then consider Ahoy. In these multifunctional trade fair and event halls, anything is possible. From 3,000 to 30,000 m2. From a trade fair in a single large hall to a series of exhibits in different halls. From a welcoming reception to post-event drinks. Not only are the halls connected together, but they are also linked with the Arena, the congress and meeting centre and the Ahoy Plaza, which offers good food and drinks.

My congress and meeting centre
You can book a standard room for a meeting, training course, congress or other business meeting. But you can also go to Ahoy Rotterdam, which – apart from a platform for international stars, top-level sports players and major trade fairs – also offers a meeting centre, conference halls, a congress location and presentation rooms. The centre consists of a congress hall for 500 guests and six meeting rooms with a range of floor areas and equipped with every conceivable facility. You can rent one or more halls and, if required, make use of the Arena and the trade fair and event halls adjoining the congress and meeting centre. Just imagine: right after your meeting, you could take your business associates to a spectacular concert.

Ahoy Rotterdam participates in the national congress and meeting classification system by the Dutch organization "Het Erkende Congresbedrijf". With an excellent classification of 4 "vergaderhamers" (translation "gavel") Ahoy can proudly offer a congress accommodation with a business feel and luxurious atmosphere, which complies with the technical demands of modern business meetings. My Ahoy Plaza
You can’t do business successfully on an empty stomach. Ahoy therefore offers a wide range of catering facilities for whatever you have in mind. It is your Ahoy Plaza. You’ll find an attractive restaurant with an excellent à la carte menu and friendly service. Or how about a Self-Service or Buffet restaurant, where large groups of guests can enjoy a quick lunch or dinner? And the Italian coffee at our Café is always a treat. In short, Ahoy Plaza has it all. So your business associates lack for nothing.

My Theatre
The Ahoy Theatre is our new concept: a theatre built entirely in one of the Ahoy halls. The capacity ranges from 3,000 to 5,000 visitors, depending on what you have in mind. But you can also use the theatre as an addition to the Ahoy Sports Palace, which holds up to 10,000 visitors. In any event, there are more than enough options.
