My congress and meeting centre You can book a standard room for a meeting, training course, congress or other business meeting. But you can also go to Ahoy Rotterdam, which – apart from a platform for international stars, top-level sports players and major trade fairs – also offers a meeting centre, conference halls, a congress location and presentation rooms. The centre consists of a congress hall for 500 guests and six meeting rooms with a range of floor areas and equipped with every conceivable facility. You can rent one or more halls and, if required, make use of the Arena and the trade fair and event halls adjoining the congress and meeting centre. Just imagine: right after your meeting, you could take your business associates to a spectacular concert.
Ahoy Rotterdam participates in the national congress and meeting classification system by the Dutch organization "Het Erkende Congresbedrijf". My Theatre The Ahoy Theatre is our new concept: a theatre built entirely in one of the Ahoy halls. The capacity ranges from 3,000 to 5,000 visitors, depending on what you have in mind. But you can also use the theatre as an addition to the Ahoy Sports Palace, which holds up to 10,000 visitors. In any event, there are more than enough options.
