Effective live communication

Face-to-face-marketing is becoming increasingly important. More and more companies appreciate the medium of live communication. Trade fairs and exhibitions are an extremely effective form of communication because they appeal to all the visitors’ senses. My Arena
Planning to organise a major event? A concert, conference, presentation, congress, tournament, trade fair or any other event? Then do it where stars like U2, Robbie Williams and Roger Federer have performed. Where millions of visitors come for concerts, shows and top-level sporting events. At the Ahoy Arena. You can use this venue for anything from 3,000 to more than 10,000 visitors, and in 2008 the capacity will be increased still further. The Arena can be laid out as you wish, and you can also use the congress and meeting centre and the trade fair and event halls adjoining the Arena. That makes the Ahoy Arena your palace for business, publicity and relationship management.

My trade fair and events centre
Are you looking for a location with a flexible layout and every conceivable facility? Then consider our multifunctional trade fair and event halls. Anything is possible here. From 3,000 to 30,000 m2. From a trade fair in a single large hall to a series of exhibits in different halls. From a welcoming reception to post-event drinks. Not only are the halls connected together, but they are also linked with the Arena, the congress and meeting centre and the Ahoy Plaza, which offers good food and drink.

My congress and meeting centre
For smaller exhibitions, you can also use the Ahoy congress and meeting centre. This centre consists of a congress hall for 500 guests and six meeting rooms with a range of floor areas. You can rent one or more halls and, if required, also make use of the Arena and the trade fair and event halls adjoining the congress and meeting centre. Here you have all the facilities to make your exhibition a success.
